Patricia Wilde, Broker, CPM®
Ms. Wilde is a Real Estate Broker with over 19 years of experience. She holds the distinguished CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). As a CPM®, Ms. Wilde is poised to use her knowledge, experience and skills to evaluate properties for purchase, establish budgets, identify individual property priorities, and prepare to go to market.
Coral Dworaczyk Carey, Ph.D., REALTOR ®
Dr. Carey is has been a licensed REALTOR ® since 2007, and is experienced in residential and commerical sales and property and HOA management. Dr. Carey is also a Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS Designation) and a graduate of the Texas REALTORS ® Leadership Program Graduate. Dr. Carey was selected as the REALTOR ® of the Year in 2019 due to her commitment to her community, the Association, and her respected professional conduct. Coral was also honored as the first-ever "Rising Star" for the YWCA Corpus Christi Y Women in Careers Awards in 2023.
Amanda Jurica, COO, REALTOR ®
Ms. Amanda Jurica is our Chief Operating Officer and oversees our daily office operations and processes. Amanda has over 20 years of corporate management experience and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2019. Amanda graduated from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi with bachelor's degrees in both Business Administration and Art.
Erin Rich, Community Manager and Resale Specialist, REALTOR ®
Ms. Erin Rich is a Community Manager within Symmetry Commercial Management and also tasked with completing Resale Certificate and Subdivision Information requests. Erin has been involved in the real estate industry, including HOA and residential/commercial property management, since 2014. Erin holds the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist designation from Texas REALTORS. Erin Rich also holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

Mary Chiarello, Community Manager
Ms. Mary Chiarello is a Community Manager within Symmetry Commercial Management and offers a longstanding career in real estate management. Mary specializes in single-family and multi-family apartment backgrounds with HUD training. Mary is a veteran of the United States Navy where she served in office administration.
Laura Gastelum, Community Manager
Ms. Laura Gastelum is a Community Manager for Symmetry Commercial Management. Laura is a Coastal Bend native and says she has always had a lifelong interest in the real estate industry. She currently has over 5 years of experience in HOA management in both condominium and residential settings.
